I'm happy The Eagles are going to keep touring. So many people love their music. I think it's great that Deacon and Vince Gill are going to be a part of it. There's no replacing Glenn, but his music lives on. What a great legacy he leaves behind.

Vince Gill is as they say "Money in the bank". It's another win win for the Eagles. They keep the Frey bloodline in the band with Deacon, and add a true country superstar in Vince. There's no replacing Glenn and nobody's suggesting that, it's just a continuation.

John Flynn It's almost scary how much Deacon has inherited his Father's pipes. And, at 27, he's virtually at the exact same age his Dad was when he got in to the game. It will be interesting to see which songs will go to who to perform. I imagine Vince singing some of Meisner's material..."Take It To The Limit", for example, along w/ a few songs from Glenn.

Sally, sorry that it seems you took exception to how I worded what I said about the great Jackson Brown.Considering the very Obtuse' way that I stated Jackson's age, a foot in my Ass would have been well deserved. So to tell you a bit more politely J Was being asked about stepping in for Glenn when asked if he'd consider it (and he was/is 68 ) he replied," It would be a blast, but I wonder at times how these guys do it, it seems like such a younger man's Game" When i heard him say that, I know because i too am a singer from the 1970's and when your main Instrument is your Voice, a new head like a drummer can get, or a new set of strings for the guitars every night is all Great! and the sad part is, that is the truth we get to live with all of our life's. and sally please don't think i'm whining and there is and was never a doubt the fact that the arguably greatest Singer/Songwriter ever could do it. I'm sure of it. I got a little to windy i'm sure, so forgive this old Singer and I hope to hear from you again after we have seen one or more of the shows this year. Thank You Jammer894

I lost respect for the because eagles the lead singer canceled a concert for the veteran. I won't listen to them any more just sorry Vince Gill choice to go with them. Vince Gill has a great voice and when he came on the scene. I fell in love with him but he was married and so was I my lost and his LOL. I was there also when the Eagles hit the scene also I loved them still did till they turned there polical view on our veterans now they just need to go away and hide in shame. sorry Vince I won't buy any of these new albums you put out if you put one out by yourself or with Carrie I will buy that one. or any one that will stand up for our veterans that gave all to save our country and now people are tearing it apart because of who is our President that is wrong because GOD PUT MR TRUMP IN OFFICE HE IS TO BE Great Leader FOR OUR COUNTRY AND TURN OUR PEOPLE FROM THE EVIL WAYS WE HAVE IN OUR COUNTRY. GOOD BYE EAGLES been nice to know ya but don't want anything to do with you now.
