The adjustable wrench can also be used as a pedal wrench and the hex keys can be put into the other end extending out towards the back to effectively make the wrench longer. I accidently cut that part out of the video! LOL!

My dad invented the Cool Tool. It was quite a revolution for the time.

I got a full suspension MTB in 1997, a Gary Fisher Joshua X0. About the same time, I got my first Cool Tool. it is a great tool. I have 2 or 3 now and carry them on several bikes with an additional T25 L-key. I wish I could find a titanium version. I would love to have one.

Still have mine and it still gets regular use. I just bought a BMX (at 52 what was I thinking 😂) and needed a 17mm pedal wrench. Only had a 15mm in my toolkit so out came the Cool Tool and pedals fitted no problem at all.

I bought a BMX a couple of years ago too. I was around 52 at the time too! Sold it, too scary 😂

Very cool. Would be happy to find that in bottom of frame bag if broke down on a trail.

I think it would still make some sense with a few extra Torx and Allen keys rubber banded to it! Or just carry a tool with fold out ones but no chain tool like a Crank Bros M10 or similar. Then one could even leave out the Allen keys that come with it...except they are kind of slick...but either way. If a person wasn't very weight or space conscious and wanted a more serious tool kit I still think this is relevant. On long treks some even carry a small adjustable wrench so why not this?
