Care and Maintenance
Stainless steel is a very durable material containing both nickel and chromium. This makes it highly resistant to tarnish as well as allowing for high levels of finish.
Whilst these beautiful birds will not rust, the natural skin moistures of general handling will reduce their lustre. The birds can be gently buffed with a soft cloth or to remove light abrasions polished with a suitable metal finishing product.
I recommend 'Autosol' metal polish although both 'Brasso' and 'Silvo' will work. Massage the polish into the surface by hand or using a suitable rotary tool. Buff to a brilliant shine with a clean dry lint free cloth.
