That Audience album is one of the most underrated albums of all time. Pure excellence from start to finish. I heard that they got together for some live shows not to long ago. Fantastic records again Mike. I look up at least three of the albums that you show in every video. Thanks M~ Rob/Boston

I like the minimalist artwork on the Metabolist records. ‘Punk Rock Magma’ sounds pretty appealing too.

Great video. Another record I ordered because of you: The House On The Hill (UK 1971). Very surprised to see Ghost in your collection. Great orchestra. Thanks for your insights. Br from Denmark

Hi Claus! Even the owner at my local record store thinks it's odd when I buy a Ghost album. But I think they are great fun. House on the Hill is an awesome album. Thanks for watching!

Yes, Ghost is a fun and complex orchestra that also has pop sensibility.

Great pickups! Love House on the Hill and Audience. Never knew the American version was that different from the British version. I read the vocalist was considered for The Doors after Morrison, but obviously never happened. I have to check out Metabolist. Take care.

Yeah House on the Hill is a classic. I can't really imagine Howard Werth in the Doors, but I've heard that too. Thanks for watching!

A punk rock magma, now that is an interesting description. I use to have that Audience album but don’t remember much about it. Obviously it didn’t click with me. Ghost, interesting choice.

Your description of Metabolist suggests that I might like it! Ghost seems like the odd one out here, though the bonus 45 looks amazing. I will have to stream the Cohen cover. [pause] I just listened. It is a very creditable cover. It retains the sort of haunting feel of the original, though maybe with a more threatening atmosphere? It's probably darker at any rate. Engaging percussion too. I suppose I will have to listen to It's a Sin now.

Hi Brian! Ghost may be a bit more mainstream than most of the stuff I show, but I really enjoy both their music and their whole campy mock-satanic shtick and elaborate image-building. All very fun. Thanks for watching!
