I love cooking with artichokes especially the small, secondary buds but these are on a totally different level than what we get in the US. Here it’s “bigger is better” and that’s totally not true in the case of artichokes.

Great film but I do not know the language and could not focus on subtitles focusing on subtitles means missing the video.
