Hi this is 1 hour Vipassana meditation i practice every day.
i highly recommend to practice this technique during morning times and/or evenings.
While you practice let go of any particular goal just start and observe your body sensations from head to fit and then from fit to head.
Observe your thoughts and notice that they are coming and going coming and going just like clouds in the sky that are constantly moving and changing . Let go of any outcome, you are not supposed to get any where - you are perfectly fine as you are. your mind will try to drag your concentration away and it is perfectly natural. Learn to detach and just observe your thoughts as well accept them let them be as they are and soon you'll discover that they also come and go like the clouds in the sky and sooner or later you'll start noticing the beautiful sun shining in bright sky.
When caught out in your thoughts return to your breath observe it as you inhale and exhale and then continue scanning and observing your body sensations.
This simple technique when practiced every day for and hour a day gradually day by day can bring much more peace and joy to your life!
I highly recommend to do a 10 days vipassana retreat it can really help you starting with this technique!
