Hi Dave, love the content you're putting out. One the few virtual pads I am enjoying. But some genuine tips from my side. 1. I am, I would, say an advanced boxer (not professional though) but it is still really fast paced. I am not hitting real pads, therefore having no recoil and it just takes a bit more time than it would as I am hitting real pads and to follow up this on small laptop screen is quite fast for me. 2. Would love to see to have a little less diverse combinations and instead just longer combinations and a bit more repetition. This is again catching up to my first point, that combinations changing so fast, that sometimes I get lost and I am not really getting into a flow and this also leads to not coming really into the zone. 3. Would love to see that you're moving around a bit. Right now it is pretty static and with the pace I am also just able to just stand in one place and throwing the punches - no movement included, just because I have no time for it. 4. Lastly, using number system is for me as a southpaw less confusing - but this is just me. Not everyone knows number system. But then on the other hand I have the feeling your workout are catered more for experienced, but then you are using no number system. 😂 Don't get me wrong, I still do the workouts and I am so, so thankful for that offer, but I could imagine that this is the reason why a few people might jump away from it and are going to Precision Striking workouts because they are a little slower paced, with a bit more explaining and longer combos.

I love these! You should do a series of different pros combos. Like one day do a Gervonta Davis style padwork, a tyson fury, roy jones, sugar ray leonard, Robinson, foreman, Muhammad Ali, Crawford prince naseem, Khan etc. That would be great! Thank you for all of your hard work, these workouts are getting me into great shape
