Dropping the 100 lbs of misery weight I put on after a spinal cord injury with these exact methods. Doing it from a wheelchair with zero movement below my chest. Calorie restriction and the typical 3 meal diet would have never had these results. I’m 70lbs down in less than a year 💪♿️

That's great. Congrats! What are you eating? I have done Keto in the past and I lost 4lbs in 14 months of doing strict Keto resistance training and cardio. Also I have done OMAD eating carbs and working out over the last few years with zero success in fact I think I have gained some weight and inches, definitely not muscle. I even added walking five miles a day for 90 days straight and still nothing. Since nothing has worked for me starting December 31st I switched to low carbs (only carbs I eat are from berries) and still I can't lose an ounce of weight... My hunger just almost never goes away. @@Scottlp2 Hi, Depending on the meal, an hour to hour and a half. A big salad can take a some time to eat but I have no trouble getting the calories especially when fat comes in so many firms and is so delicious. Getting enough nutrients isn’t an issue either as I eat a whole-food diet, so nothing processed, or with a label. I find too that I can eat more in a single meal than I ever cooks before, even when I was 20/4 IF. My body adapted very well to the single meal which is why I stepped up from IF. I regularly do 48 hour fasts about once every two weeks, and I’m maintaining my weight and health excellently.

Visceral fat is caused by eating more calories than you burn and not moving enough. A waist circumference of 80cm or more for females and 94 cm or more for males could mean that you have too much visceral fat. Fortunately, there are proven strategies you can follow to help reduce visceral fat. Some of these include eating fewer carbs and less added sugar, doing more aerobic exercise and increasing your protein intake. By trying a few of these strategies, you can lose visceral fat and improve your health. To prevent visceral fat, focus on maintaining a healthy balanced diet and keeping physically active.

Do eggs reduce visceral fat --------- Doctor Deborah Lee, from the Dr Fox Online Pharmacy, recommended adding eggs to your diet to do so. She explained: “Many studies have shown that increasing your protein intake helps with weight loss - and this includes the loss of visceral (belly) fat. “One very high-protein food option is eggs. Eggs contain a nutrient called choline. Researchers believe it turns off the genes for visceral fat gain. Athletes often use it for bodybuilding and delaying fatigue in endurance sports.

Does walking burn visceral fat ------- Increased exercise energy expenditure at either walking speed produces equivalent declines in visceral fat in postmenopausal women, and with sufficiently long impulses, should reduce disabilities associated with central obesity.

Five foods that may help burn belly fat include: - foods with soluble fiber like fruits, vegetables, and legumes. - foods with protein like meat, fish, eggs, and dairy. - fatty fish like tuna and salmon. - foods with probiotics like yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, and kimchi. - green tea.

I've been losing a lot of weight over a long period of time. So far my total loss is about 200 pounds. I have a ways to go but I have very little "Pinchable" fat compared to what I had. What I know about weight loss is terribly outdated but I've been doing a lot of study by way talking to physicians. Sadly there seems to be as many ideas about handling this problem as there are doctors. I have about 60 or 70 pounds to go and a couple bad habits left to break. Watching this video has reminding me of things that I already knew and taught me a few new things. Thank you.

I've been on a keto diet, and cardio based program for 4 months now. Lost 23kg in 1 month, but for the past 3 months I've been stuck to the same weight. Can't seem to get rid of that stubborn fat. The only explanation I have is I went too extreme and my body adapted, so I strongly advise to take it step by step. If you don't, your body will adapt too quickly. Also, make sure to eat lots of fibre, or you might get constipated. Constipation stops fat loss.

Redbush/rooibos tea is caffeine free and will help you move away from caffeine. Do this gradually too. Learn about keto and using fats for energy. Good luck:)
