This week, we’re bringing our next insight into Kenyan coffee, visiting Peter of Kamavindi Coffee in Embu.
Peter is producing several varietals familiar to buyers of Kenyan coffee, from SL28 to Ruiru 11, but he is also proudly farming 300 Gesha trees on his estate in Embu. He operates his own wet and dry processing and in this video, he shares his insights into the key contributions to cup quality at a farm level.
Thank you to Peter for hosting us and sharing his knowledge and experience with us.
