Or just screenshot it everytime, and alt tab to the pictures gallery in files explorer, then just go off there, it's impossible to lose then.

@@anarcho.pacifistyeah sure dude, it kind of defeats the entire purpose of the test tho. The program is literally writing the positions of the squares down

I actually know one person who can legit go 30+ I wouldn't have believed it if not seeing it with my own eyes. So this is not impossible, but I think it needs further confirmation because it is too easy to cheat in that test. He would have needed to record himself aswell and the screen.

@@anarcho.pacifist I'm not actually too far behind your computer program. My highest visual memory score is level 27, which probably makes me the visual memory champion in human benchmark. (who knows?) What's the highest level your computer program can reach? Maybe I can practice to reach these insanely high levels. (my average is now around 25, 26) I'm banking on a hope that there may be a logarthmic skill effect, since the difference between memorising the 9x9 boxes to 10x10 boxes, is a lot less than memorising 7x7 boxes to 8x8 boxes, (that's 81 squares versus 100 squares, only a 23.45% increase of squares, but 49 squares versus 64 squares is a 30% increase of squares) There is also a logarthmic skill effect that can be argued since the level gap between when the size of the box actually increases is incremented each time. Man VS Machine :p My scores today: 24 27 25 25 24 26 26

@@timothyinnocent3311 That's really impressive. I first thought you were joking. :) Currently, 38 is the highest level reached by my program. It needs a few tweaks to go beyond 38, but because testing each change takes several minutes, I got bored improving the program further. In principle, there is no limit, as the computer has photographic memory :). The difficult part is clicking the correct squares, as they get smaller and smaller and the computer has to adjust to this automatically.

@@anarcho.pacifist If I keep working on it until I hit level 40, I'm happy. There's no way I can keep going for effectively infinity, so I'll consider hitting level 40 as me defeating your computer program :)
