Wow Gita. This is so amazing. Hats off to you for your patience and perseverance to try out new dishes so beneficial to everyone 👏👏. Just this morning my husband was asking if there are any recipes to boost B 12! And you have provided the answer. Thank you so much dear. I have to first get a mud pot. Then I will certainly try this out. God bless you.

🎉 Thank you Aunty for your guidance . You explain everything so very well, specially for someone like me who is just learning. You are teaching us and reminding us of our rich heritage. Traditionally our food has been simple and nutritious but it's forgotten. Hats' off to you ❤ Thanks to you I've got my mother's Iron and cast iron utensils from loft to now using them. Again thanks to you 😊 I've New two kalchatti and now many more items from Imam store. Have started using them too. Initially it takes time but it's really exciting. Just one suggestion Aunty - though there is one KZitem video on how to season various types of utensils, it's good but it's too long. Whenever possible if you could make seperate video on how to season Iron, Cast iron, clay pots and pans etc. it will be very helpful for us ❤❤❤
