Everyone , everyone of my patients test as B1 deficiency. Then have to test for thousands, Ben diamond, or alithiamine. 100% of diabetics test as severely deficient... obviously carbs are an issue.

Re B1 deficiency in animals, yes, I have had lambs almost die from it. They start walking clumsy, confused, and seem almost like they are going blind, and in no time are down and near death. B1 injections work miracles, they go from flat to up running around in a day to a few days. These few cases I had are what caused me to tweak on to B1 deficiency in me and my family, and here i am! Supplementation has greatly helped us too.

I didn’t know they have B1 injections for animals. What causes animals like lambs to be deficient ?

Thanks for sharing your experiences with animals. I’ve seen similar issues you described with my dog. I am hopeful that a B Complex will help restore his health.

I once met a man who told me he was born at home, never set foot in the doctor's office or a hospital, except for once because the employer insisted. He then tells me that he lets that doctor know his basic simple medical history, only to be thrown out by the doctor and told not to come back. He said he was surprised at the bad behavior, but understood that he would not be a good candidate for the medical system. At the time, I started having issues and I was very stiff when I walked so he noticed, we were in a grocery store, and told me the one thing that he took daily was cayenne pepper. Impressed me so much because he was dancing down the aisles and looked to be in his 80s.

Doctor Osborne Please look into ursolic acid for nerve healing. I have found some good research. When I was researching self heal , vulgaris prunella. Ursolic acid was mentioned. It has been shown in mice studies to repair the myelin sheath.

Are Drs really not aware of side effects? My sister was in so much pain from statins after her Dr doubles the amt. I got her on coq10 and she stopped the statins. Why didn't her dr tell her?

Most people don't want to eat healthy. They take pills instead. Most doctors are clueless in nutrition. Most listen to their doctor instead of taking control of their health. Education and knowledge are powerful and knowing what you need to do to keep healthy. There's plenty of information on the internet to you. Like this podcast. This doctor is right on the MARK.

Outstanding! Truly, this pithy essay should open eyes to the damaging effects diet, drugs and processed foods are working upon an unsuspecting public. I will send this link to anyone who awakens to the predicament. It is a powerful explanation of the insidious nature of the nutritional maelstrom which I warn others about continually.

My Spanish teacher asked me what I'm gonna miss about school after I graduate. He marveled at my eagerness to learn. But didn't introduce other alternatives to continue my education. Johnner did by letting me know about the internet on my phone as my feature. He said I'm considered retarded without it. My aunt got me drunk. I couldn't remember my social security number the next day when prompted as a result. Fortunately, I remembered it before the promter disappeared. So I went to the herb store asking for something for memory failure and explained the issue. The clerk recommended relearning.

You may be right about a number of things including cortisol. I would like to ask you what you would recoment if you have high cortisol (in my opnion) in the evening and can't get to sleep or stay asleep and wake up tired. I've had this most of my life.

If you are low in magnesium, your body may be unable to produce the appropriate hormones to remove cortisol from the blood. Also, magnesium is know as the chill pill in the supplement world. Taking a Magnesium supplement, your body will automatically switch your nervous system from Sympathetic (fight or flight) to parasympathetic (rest and digestion) within 30-60 minutes from taking the supplement. I take MagTech which contains 3 forms and works great. Take a look at Robert Morley on YT. He has wonderful information on Magnesium and it’s essential role in the body, including copper to help regulate iron and blood oxygenation.

As humans, we’re not. Humans were designed to eat meat and animal fats. As a woman, healthy animal fats are essential to our hormones. Since upping my animal fats, my perimenopausal hot flashes have almost completely disappeared.
