I’ve been doing clean keto and IF for about 5 years. I’ve had eczema on my eyelids since I was born and I still do. It cleared up for a while after I started keto but now it’s a problem again. Any suggestions Doc ? I’ve also recently been put on gabapentin for neuropathy in my legs. I’ve been taking B12 and benfotiamine even before I was diagnosed. Totally at a loss on what to do.

I am not Dr Osborne ....but I can make some suggestions ...being a nutritional health consultant I would say add vit d 20000 iu a day,vit e 400 mixed tocopherols zinc 30 mg .and quercetin ...this is for exema ...regarding neuropathy add allithamine 200 mg with good b complex...hope it helps👍

Get as much vitamin D as you can from sunlight you need to be converting your cholesterol and making more natural steroids if you have eczema. Add in oysters if you haven’t already for more minerals to support steroid synthesis. Or even liquid minerals. Check All thyroid hormones even Reverse T3. Get a Dutch test to check your adrenal status. Phosphatidyal choline as a methyl donor/ food for the nerves & magnesium bisglycinate for legs. Might be worth measuring organic acids through a functional medicine doctor, or on your own from Great Plains Laboratory. Dutch test can be ordered on your own too. Low thyroid can cause a lot of issues so maybe get that sorted first free T3, free T4 , TSH, RT3 and check TPO, TG antibodies. Also Iron levels. Be careful with gabapentin its not meant to be used for a long time.

To avoid B6 toxicity please obtain your B6 from food - we don't need much and it's very easy to get our requirements this way. I suffer from B6 toxicity from accidental poisoning from my magnesium supplement which contained 50mg B6.
