K7 is important. Most in the medical field must be dragged to consider items like K7. I knew about all the benefits of vitamin D almost year before my doctor came to know about it. I was always asking her about vit. D , finally one day she started talking about it to me. I feel we must be educated consumers of our health.

You didn’t mention most of those animals will not have k2 if they are not grass fed since they make k2 when they eat the grass if they’re being fed corn they won’t have any k2 in them.

Watch again, it shows in the video. Sauerkraut has extremely little vit K2. Natto can be made at home with natto-starter powder and is the highest in K2 as well as other nutrients and pro biotic bacteria. I love it and have it every day. Or take a K2 supplement. Sauerkraut is healthy but not for K2, it has far too little.

There is very little evidence beef fat and other cholesterol containing foods cause atherosclerosis. They are not to be eradicated as we were falsely told for decades. A moderate amount of saturated animal fat foods is now considered healthier than having no cholesterol at all.
