Hi, For all of you having *apps issues or home menu not loading up, Vizio is having tech issues right now, but here you have the solution* press the Menu or ⚙ button then go to All Settings then> System > and change Menu Language with the left or right arrow key > Select Spanish or French (change once and let it load, and repeat this step at least 3 times) (but don't close the menu!). once loaded all the menus and apps in the background, then keep pressing the arrows keys till you set the language to English again. I’ve tried all of this except the DHCP. I can’t access that. My manual setup is greyed out, I can’t select it. Nothing is working. I’d really like to NOT factory reset. My tv just randomly stopped working. What else can I do?

@@zombrea I’m sitting here with the Vizio chat window open waiting for an agent. It’s been an hour and a half since it wasn’t but was connected. And it JUST came back to life randomly!! 🤣 Something is definitely not right! Good luck with yours!

Hi @johnstone3548, to help you better, could you please tell me what you see when you press the Home/Menu button on your Vizio remote control?Do you get to see the Apps? And if your TV is already connected to the wifi network and you have no connection, then you should try to unplug the router and modem from the electric outlet and unplug the TV as well, Wait for 1 minute, and then plug everything back in and check the connection on your TV? try these steps and let me know what happens, thanks for watching

Hi, are you using the original remote for your Vizio TV? If so, then you should have a menu button or a button with a home on it, and that would be your Menu button, if you do not see any of these, then perhaps you're using a different remote control, thanks for watching

Hi, what do you see exactly on your Vizio TV? If it turns on, then try this: unplug both devices from the wall outlet (TV and Xbox), leave them like this for 1 minute, and then plug them back in. Turn the TV on and your Xbox, and select the correct input where the Xbox is connected. By doing this, you should be able to play your games again. If this does not work, then try to connect your Xbox to a different HDMI port, and also make sure your HDMI cable is fully functional. That should get you all set. Hi, let me help you further with this issue. First, let me know, please, if your wifi network is working fine with the rest of your devices, and also let me know if you have tried to connect a different device to this wifi network with the same password you are using to connect this tv, If your wifi network is working fine with all your devices, please try a factory data reset kzitem.info/news/bejne/xZ6a34SJnp6FlKA and if after this you still have issues then try to connect your Vizio tv to your iphone or android mobile hotspot to see if the tv gets connected that way If this does not work then you tv may need service and you should contact the manufacturer for warranty claims if applicable, thanks for watching 🫡
