We are making
Sourdough Whole Wheat Pancakes without eggs and Sourdough Whole Wheat Banana Bread.
Sourdough Pancakes:
150 gms Milk
50 gms Starter/Discard
30 gms Sugar
150 gms Whole Wheat Flour
Pinch of Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Sourdough Whole Wheat Banana Bread:
In the video I accidentally mentioned water in wet ingredients but there isn't any water added. sorry for the confusion created.
180 gms Whole Wheat flour
5 gms Baking Soda
3 gms Salt
240 gms Starter
60 gms Vegetable Oil
245 gms (3 med size) ripe bananas, mashed
100 gms Sugar
5 gms vanilla
1 tbsp milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
Bake at preheated 180° C for 30 to 35 mins. Since this was not a loaf pan but a casserole the bake time was less. If baking in a regular loaf pan check after 45 mins. It might take 50 to 60 mins.
