I completely relate to your daycare situation and feeling sad or having a nanny but feeling like you’re depriving your child of social interaction. I opted for daycare too in the end. It’s only been a week since my sons been in daycare and it’s been so hard for the both of us to adjust but the last time I brought him in, his teacher told me he did better and wasn’t as emotional throughout the day which has been a huge relief. Hoping it’ll only get easier.

One more thing, I did the same thing with Billy bookcase but put moldings where they are joined together and baseboard trim on the bottom. I also filled the extra holes then prime/painted and you can not tell they are Billy.

I only know of the chadmade curtains from Amazon and the IKEA curtains that have those pocket hooks but I assume any pleated curtain would be a good option

trying to eat vegetarian/pescatarian 3-4 days of the week can help you feel a little bit better about not going completely vegan! I cut out red meat about 3 years ago which was kind of hard at first cause my family ate it a lot. for about a month I slowly cut it out of my diet until I just didn't want it anymore. I did the same for chicken 2 years ago and now I mainly stick to a Mediterrane/pescatarian diet bc I noticed when I eat heavy foods (red meats and chicken) it would make me feel bloated /tired. I still eat chicken sometimes but I only let myself eat it if I'm eating out. you could also splurge a little and buy more organic local meats to know that the meat you are eating is made well. magnesium supplements are also great for energy levels and for maintaining a regular sleep schedule. hope that helps!

I totally understand!! I’ve found getting “outside yourself” to be such a healing activity- go see friends, sans baby, go get a massage or whatever you like to do when you’re alone. I’ve also started therapy for anxiety and while I don’t feel anxious anymore, I’ve been LOVING working through issues that are holding me back from living my best life. I’m proud of you mama! Giving birth to a baby is work. I’ve heard it takes 2 years to fully feel back, but I feel so much better today (at 1 year postpartum) then in the thick of it w a newborn. Don’t be afraid to ask for help w the baby so you can focus on yourself. It gets better!! 🙏🏻

Hello Sarah, I totally feel you regarding your lack of energy. The problem with vegan diet (my opinion) is that most of the time it’s highly processed and really high in carb. Vitamin B1 is a good one for energy level. One book that I loved and recommend is from dr gundry (the energy paradox). I find that is it a really well balanced and fun way of eating. I have not! I do suspect it’s hormone related because I have been having headaches as well, which happens usually when my hormones are out wack! Need to check on this. Thank you 🙏🏻
