Today I am spending some time with you via mini vlog! In this video, I update you on how motherhood is going and also share some baby updates. Apple cinnamon oatmeal recipe:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- chia seeds
- diced apple
- ground cinnamon
- crushed walnuts
- scoop of whipped topping
- apple butter, or sweetener of choice
melt a bit of butter within a small pot then add your apples and cinnamon on medium heat to begin cooking the apples. After a few minutes add almond milk, oats, chia seeds and stir. Reduce heat to low, and cook until desired texture. Pour oatmeal into a bowl and add toppings of choice. I chose apple butter, walnuts, whipped cream and addition cinnamon. Enjoy!
