In Asia, it's common to wear a mask when you're sick, way before the pandemic. I've always worn a mask to work whenever I felt sick, and I've always gotten "looks" from others. I'm just glad that it's more "normalized" now and more people understand the purpose of wearing one. :)

Hi Dr.Drey, I'm a Realtor in San Francisco Bay Area, but I believe that the rules are the same. Seller provides Buyer with a disclosure packet that includes NHD aka Natural Hazard Report. Buyer can see if the home located in a high fire zone or flood zone or earthquake zone. In some cases, insurance companies will decline to insure or home insurance premiums could be very high or require an owner to purchase a flood insurance for example.

Thanks you for addressing all these new-ish insecurities that everyone is now dealing with to some degree or another. There is definitely going to be last affect from this pandemic long after everyone is vaccinated. Unrelated but still important, could you do a video on: -magnesium based deodorants. It’s similar to the non-aluminum style deodorants BUT many of them don’t contain baking soda so I wondered if underarm skin would have issue with magnesium and pH -the Skin Aqua sunscreen line, there are several and I would love to know the differences

My cousin lived in Arizona and worked construction. He was done with work by 11am. They would go to work at 3am. It was way to hot to be outside. Everyone has a pool too.

Dr Dray "I dont believe you should stay up all night trying to find fragrance free" That's exactly what I'm doing! Trying to find an alternative to vanicream because I have to rotate through deodorants. For some reason my body builds a tolerance to any antiperspirant/deodorant I find that actually works. And having my pits smell like nothing is more amazing than having your armpits smell like perfume!

I have PCOS and suffer with hormonal acne hirsutism on my chin and neck and I LOVE my mask! I was able to go several days without shaving thus leading to in grown hairs. I am back to shaving and no matter how long I have tried AHA/BHAs I still get them without fail. :/

I wear Roc's Keops roll-on deodorant (I live in Europe) every night, as Dr. Dray instructed, and it works like a charm. No bad smell, no irritation. I definitely don't like showing my face online, but then again I never have. I rarely have pictures taken, let alone selfies. It has nothing to do with the pandemic. I've never liked having my picture taken, ever since I was a child. In fact, I have a picture that was taken when I was in kindergarten (I was about 3 or 4 years old) where I have a very sad face and am holding a little flower, which was given to me by the photographer so that I would stop crying and would let him take my photo. He literally had to bribe me to let him do it. Then again, I have no problems showing my face to people in real life, in spite of the fact that I'm currently wearing braces. I don't feel the need to hide my face behind the mask. To be honest, I'm looking forward to the time when I'll be able to be mask-free and wear lipstick again. First-world problems. 😅

In regards to lizards - they’re in the Atlanta area. We’ve always had them here but I’ve been noticing more of them this year. Also in regards to real estate- when we bought our current house (north of Atlanta) our realtor went over the flood plain map with us to show us where not to buy.

I don't want to breathe stranger's droplets ever again, sick or not. I'm wearing my mask forever.

This is so sad what you are saying... future generations who knows how will grow up, for children is crutial to see facial expressions. Also for all humans is important to see faces of another persons.

@@АнаБуљешевић there's nothing wrong with what she's said. it's her choice to continue wearing a mask. it's for her own safety and others. there will be enough people not wearing a mask.

@Ана Буљешевић Firstly, pretty sure future generations won't be affected one way or another if I wear a mask. Secondly, I have no responsibility for some imagined strangers in the future. I certainly won't be putting hypothetical people ahead of my own preferences. If you dont want to wear a mask, idc but I'll do just what I want with my own body. Thanks

Would love to see a photo from your run where you wore a mask and hat. Seeing more people wear face masks for sun protection would be helpful.
