I took a body profile picture last year, haha. I didn't intend to take a body profile picture, but after exercising for more than a year and following a strict diet, I decided to try it. At that time, I followed a low-carb and low-fat diet and lost 5kg of body fat in three weeks. This time, I'm planning to do something similar. While I went almost zero-carb last time, this time, I'm incorporating some carbohydrates and fats into my diet to make it more sustainable. It may not be the perfect method, but it worked for me.
Regarding my body weight, I divide 80g of protein into four meals and aim to consume around 30g-50g of carbohydrates. Instead, I use olive oil or nuts to intake fats through the ketogenic approach. Of course, this method is not ideal for muscle growth or long-term sustainability, but it's effective for quickly losing weight when I want to shed pounds urgently.
The most important thing is whether it is "sustainable." I also experienced returning to my original state after taking a break for three months, despite following the diet for about six months. So, while considering whether exercise and diet are sustainable for a lifetime, I consume calories through various recipes. I'll gradually increase my carbohydrate intake, too, haha.
