Me seeing an ad for something I will probably never need just for the awesome animation. Whoever at this company did this great job!

How does the water within the pipes continue to drain after the storm subsides and where does it go to ? I mean, for the check valves within the pipe to open and allow the water in the gravel to drain into the pipe means the level in the pipe has to lower first? Please explain.

I think that process only happens when the trunk comes to sup up the water, and the water contain in stone can through the one-way gate after the level get lower.

@@GI-Study In the video “after the storm subsides, the water within the pipe continues discharge creating differential head pressure between the water in the pipe and gravel that allows the water in the gravel to enter the pipe through the check valves”. There is no mention of a vac truck to come in and remove the water but I do agree this is needed and not mentioned in the video.

It makes me crazy 🤪 why build dams around the planters to keep water from getting to the plants and the parking spaces low enough that the plants stay dry and the people have to walk in the water.

I think it would save money buying three pipes instead of filing with more stone, unless you’ve got great deals with the local rock quarry
