I had my 2009 Volkswagen EOS Radio No Power whatsoever and checked all the fuses under the hood, inside the car and all the fused were find. After some search i found out that there is a dedicated 10A fused behind the Radio Unit itself, Opened the trim around the radio and found out that the 10A fuse was burnt and replaced the fuse and now my radio is working as it should. I hope this video helped some of you our there to not end up going to Steelership lol. otherwise you will end up paying alot more than a fuse.
Here is the trim prying tool i used and a torx T20 and a needle nose plier.
