She says to put the feet at a 45 degree angle before the spike but nobody does that. The feet should be perpendicular to the net and the body should be parallel to the net especially when one is spiking from the middle. That way you can target any corner of the opposite side.

Yeah and adding onto this, jumping at an angle can cause acl injury since the knees are designed to be used as a hinge. The right foot should be perpendicular to the net while the left foot can be at a slight angle to make sure your momentum doesn’t crash you forward into the net.

She says to start out with your left foot ahead when waiting, but when she actually hits, her right foot is ahead...

In 0:16-19 she says/shows left foot front, in the actual approach with the ball in 1:09-11 she starts the approach with the left foot behind the right (as I learned in many Advanced trainings and teach myself) Also the closing Time in the last two steps is much longer in the actual attack compared to the theoretical part in the beginning. What she is talking about is more bvb approach, what she does is indoor vb approach.it's very inconsistent imo
