"Great Russian culture" is theft If you didn't know, the outstanding Russian artist Ivan Aivazovsky is not Russian at all. In fact, he is an Armenian named Aivazyan. Kazimir Malevich, whose "Black Square" has been heard all over the world, is Ukrainian. Also our compatriots are Nikolai Gogol and Mikhail Bulgakov, whose talents in Russia are trying to appropriate. The first helicopter was invented by Igor Sikorsky. This "Soviet" inventor, after whom the airport in Kyiv is named, is a repressed Ukrainian. Along with him, the inventor of the satellite Sergei Korolev and Andrei Tupolev, who worked on aircraft, were persecuted. Not without snatched songs. One of them - "Get up, great country", stolen by the Russians from the Ukrainians in 1941. The original - "Uprising, my people" - was heard in 1919.

Anton Chekhov was born in Taganrog, which at the time had majority of population as Ukrainians. Anton Chekhov himself during census wrote that he is Ukrainian. Tchaikovskii grand-grandfather was a cossack and grandfather was professor in Kyiv. Aircraft Su is named after Belorussian engineer. Aircraft MiG was named after an Armenian person.
