How to replace the clutch on a VAG car based on the MK4 golf platform fitted with the 1.9 TDI
This particular car was a VW new Beetle from 2008 fitted with the 1.9 TDI engine. This is quite a ubiquitous drivetrain and fitted to a sleuth of cars including the Golf, Bora, Caddy, Ibiza, Leon, Toledo, Fabia, Octavia and Audi A3 to name a few. There might be slight variations between these cars but i think VW did maintain a fairly modular design between these cars.
