DIY fuel filter replacement on a 2013 Volkswagen Caddy 1.6 TDI 75PS engine.
This engine is also found in many other VAG cars.
Tools Required -
T20 Torx bit / driver
Large flat bladed screwdriver
Time-
+/- 15 mins
Note-
Be sure to replace the diesel from the old filter to top up the new one, failure to do this will mean the system will end up with an air lock and require bleeding/priming which requires a computer/diagnostic machine such as VAGCOM.
Hopefully this enables someone to complete this themselves rather than pay a garage. No excuse anymore!
