Yeah, it's peculiar to life, you know, live a productive and creative life and then.....yeah, you just don't know after that, odd that it happened to him also though, tragic that he wasn't able to break free of this mortal coil, don't know why he wasn't able to keep on living and "know that his music is played every minute of every day somewhere in the World", yeah, tragic to never know that......oh well.

Just so very sad that he was dumped into a pauper’s grave, and yet his music is loved and heard all over the world. He was a genius.
@stevenhoopes5606

That Mozart was buried in a paupers grave is a myth born of misunderstanding burial practices of the time. He was buried as a man of his social standing was normally buried. At that time bodies WERE buried side by side but marked accordingly. Unfortunately, time muddied the situation and when an attempt was made to re-uinter his remains there were questions given the close quarters and deterioration. So they may or may not have the correct remains in the new spot.

Mozart's music lives within all of us. No matter if you don't appreciate classical music everyone knows the name MOZART. For us who enjoy Mozart's music, we always find a little piece of Heaven within our hearts. I've no doubt F. Murray Abraham is a distinguished and well-respected actor, but I will never be able to watch this movie or any clip thereof and not think Tom Hulce was absolutely robbed of an Oscar. As for Mozart... as with so many of the composers of his and nearby times... genius is almost not kind enough to describe him. Even if I'm not educated enough to know the differences between opuses, symphonies and the like, I don't think there's a single piece of his music with which I haven't fallen in love. Must've been fascinating to live during that time and have such talent right in front of you and not recognize it enough to compensate him properly for the ages.
@andrewkapplin1138

I agree. But at the Oscars he did recognize Hulce saying that if it wasn’t for Hulce he would not have been able to play his part the way he did. Remember, too, Abraham was in more of the movie than Hulce. I believe that contributed to his getting the Oscar and not Hulce. It’s a shame that Mozart’s genius had to end the way it did. He was taken from us way too soon.

FYI, Mozart was only seventeen when he wrote his now famous symphony nr 25, that became a mega hit thanks to the movie Amadeus. "It's people like that who make you realize how little you've accomplished. You might not love anything Mozart composed, but he did redefine every instrument in the orchestra -- its sound, its capabilities, its harmonies... and better still... the noise it made when all went silent. Because this raucous noise he made explode out of everything from orchestra to a simple piano note... couldn't help but grab your brain and hear a universe it could never hear without him.
