Someone wrote 馬來西亞大部分都是華人,都是中國閩粵的後代,中國投資多少錢在馬來西亞,幫中國人也是當然的 My dear. Don't throw this ancient history to us. You can't bear with it. Do you know how much money we have send to China back in 70's and early 80's, said to help them to build houses and so forth. Sad to hear that nowadays people was saying that Kuala Lumpur is equivalent to their 3 or 4 tier cities. My grand mother send back money to huizhou 惠州 (her home town - hakka city in guangdong province) every months till she died .. I still kept the Maybank 1992 receipt as souvenir .... is that considered an "investment" ?? 1991年华东水灾 (check wikipedia) I still remembered my school has donated money to China through China embassy back then …did we ask for any favors back ? In 1969 Malaysia riots 五一三事件 occurred. Where is China's hand at that time ? What I meant here is like, let bygones be bygones. you can talked bad about Malaysia or Malaysia Chinese but tried not to step on the abovesaid issue. We are not trying to throw in hatred over here. If you were disagreed with the comments appreciate you could just walked away silently, be a wise commentor because you were not in our shoes before. Many thanks
I totally agreed with you. Stay in Malaysia till their children reached 17 yrs old then send them to overseas. Let the children expose to multicultural, save on expenses & make more friends.

My youngest son was in English education in Malaysia international school. After he finished his secondary education he went to UK. Now my son regretted that he has no mandarin background especially in works , mandarin language has become important . He is now picking up mandarin. While my eldest son was Chinese educated. He graduated in US. He told me that he is very happy he studied mandarin and mandarin helps him a lot and he is living in Dallas and working in an investment bank there.
Twenty years ago Singapore had such a program more or less called ' Mother-kid schooling visa program ', whereby parents were allowed to work 20hours per week for reducing the financial burden.. But it turned out that parents looked for men in Chinatown and some even went to HDB neighborhood for men.. It became so serious that the government cancelled the program.
