Waited for some time now and it is finally out! Thank you coach for your sharing. Quick question, what is the daily recommendation intake amount of vitamin C? Is it easy to reach the daily requirement just by consuming natural food? Much thanks!

Hi Vera licious, you're welcome! Daily recommended intake for Vit C is 65-90 mg, upper limit is 2000mg. And yes, can be easily obtained from food. Just a medium size red bell pepper alone will give you 150mg Vit C. Then again, the emphasis is not on Vitamin C alone but the entire complex found only in whole foods. Simply google 'vit C rich foods' to find out more ;)
