Wlad is as much of a prick as David he just uses the "kill 'em with kindness" method. Don't forget him making slanderous references to homosexuality with Haye's last name and bookazine. he also loves to find out something personal about an opponent and flaunt it in the media such as Chisora and his domestic abuse charge. The guy is a clever bell end, who tries to take control of every situation by being polite and demanding.
@sinusbradycardia

I love Wladimir, but he is not a great fighter. He is a very good fighter with a massive, sometimes under used arsenal. I don't understand what happened in the Povetkin fight. If Wlad has to fight like that he should retire. Something was very strange about that fight, like in the 2nd when Povetkin went down from a beautiful left hook. He didn't follow-up or try to finish Povetkin. The other 3 knockdowns appeared to be throw downs and showed frustration on Wlad's face.
@sinusbradycardia
10 жыл бұрын
smokeyvelvet42 Smokeyvelvet, Wlad was not the promoter in the Povetkin fight. Some Russian guy won the purse bid with an obscene $25 million bid. For the life of me, I do not understand why Povetkin's corner didn't complain to the officials. Wlad wasn't in his home country, he was in the other guys back yard and yet the fouling went on and on and on and on. After watching Povetkin dispatch Charr with those vicious combination punches, now I see why Wlad was after to engage. For a man his size, you would have to call him spineless after that performance. I would love to see a rematch with Povetkin in the US, with a referee who will not stand for the constant clinching on pushing down on opponents backs. In fairness to Klitschko, Lennox Lewis used to do the same thing, just not to the extent of Wlad. I need to watch the Byrd fights again, I don't recall Wlad pushing down on Byrd's back. Wlad is partly to blame for the Haye fight, but Dave Haye fought like a complete coward in that fight. Wlad's upcoming fight, might be interesting. The guy he is fighting looks to be a little more fluid with his punches than Wlad and he might be just as strong as Wlad.
@sinusbradycardia
10 жыл бұрын
smokeyvelvet42 I hope that Wlad fights the winner of Stiverne vs Wilder and then we have 2012 Gold Metalist Joshua. The heavyweight division might get interesting again here soon. I'm glad to see knew faces, like Mike Perez and Bryant Jennings. Again, I would like to see a rematch of Povetkin in the US with officials that will not allow Wlad to use such tactics.
@sinusbradycardia
10 жыл бұрын
smokeyvelvet42 I just watched the first Chris Byrd fight. I counted 3 clinches and not once did Klitschko lean on Byrd's back. Getting ready to watch the 2nd Byrd fight and see if he leans on Byrd's back.
@sinusbradycardia
10 жыл бұрын
smokeyvelvet42 I just watched the second Byrd fight, counted about a dozen clinches over 7 rounds. Wlad didn't lean on Byrd's back, he put his around Byrd's neck, the worst infraction. Not winning by conventional means, that right hand he hit Byrd with was lighting fast. He didn't land by clinching or leaning on Byrd, they were in center ring and Wlad fired that right hand and Byrd never saw it coming. Byrd even asked in his corner, what did he hit me with. So you're stretching the truth here and if you want people to respect what you're saying. you need to be objective. I'm only talking about the Byrd fights, you listed the Byrd fights as fights that Klitschko clinched and leaned on because he couldn't win by conventional means. That simply is not true with respect to these fights.
@sammuirhead8827
10 жыл бұрын
That's funny because I find Wlad very interesting and I want to hear what he has to say, Haye can't seem to string together a full sentence. Same goes for the fights, Wlad is strategic and smart and that's interesting to watch- those fighters always are throughout history. Just sayin.
@alcudiababe1

i dont think Wladimir Klitschoko has to look angry or threatening, he is just staring into the other guys face. The other guy shows alot more in your face aggression and Wladimir Klitschoko is more calm, relaxed and behaves like a model gentleman. I gravitate to him.
