Simon Li 你的問題對我來說太難啦😂 不過為了確保烤箱裡的溫度不會差太多,我買了個簡易的烤箱溫度計(指針的那種),讓我可以在溫差太多的時候及時調整,還有我發現我烤箱溫度好像不均勻,所以蛋糕送進烤箱之後10多分鐘我有開烤箱快速旋轉180度,這也解決了我蛋糕侷部凹陷的問題。其他我基本都按影片裡說的做,看看老師能不能幫你解答囉! 希望你下次能成功😀

Van Diep the video is explained for each every ingredients and points to note. I would love to do the translation for you. But you need to tell me or teacher in this reply as in which part of the video you wish to do a translation. Teacher has a wechat app (chat app) it’s either you wanna add teacher or ask here. Hi Teacher I really love your tutorial but i wish you have English subtitles .I wish I could understand the whisking of egg white explanation even if you cant put english i can translate Chinese subtitles .For the oven is it conventional setting = not fan force setting ?
