電飯煲雞翼:
材料:
急凍雞中翼2磅
處理:
1. 雞翼用清水解凍。
2. 解凍後,倒乾淨水分,用粗鹽乸10分鐘,去除雪味、腥味及加入鹹味。
3. 雞翼揸出血水,洗乾淨,用廚紙索乾。
烹調:
1. 放雞翼入電飯煲。
2. 加入調味料:
a. 生抽2茶匙
b. 老抽1茶匙
c. 蠔油3茶匙
d. 黑胡椒1茶匙
e. 冰糖1大粒
攪勻。
3. 用“超快煮”功能。
4. 煮了10分鐘,打開電飯煲攪勻,繼續煮。
5. 預備紅椒粒、芫荽碎及生粉芡。
6. 已差不多完成程序,加入少量生粉芡,煮多2分鐘,放上碟,放上辣椒粒及芫荽碎,完成。

Steps:
1. Put chicken wings into rice cooker.
2. Season chicken wings:
a. Light soya sauce 2 tsp
b. Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
c. Oyster sauce 3 tsp
d. Black pepper 1 tsp
e. Rock sugar 1 big cube
3. Use "super~quick cooking" function.
4. Have already cooked for 10 minutes, lift up the cover of rice cooker. Stir slowly, then continue to cook.
5. Prepare red chili cubes, chopped coriander and tapioca sauce.
6. The steps have almost finished, put little tapioca sauce, then cook for 2 minutes. Put on plate. Put chili cubes and chopped coriander. Serve.
