Your residual stress is higher than yield stress. It's not acceptable from a mechanical point of view.

Please watch the video carefully. The temperature for the stress problem is taken from the thermal analysis, you can watch that video (kzitem.info/news/bejne/kY2r0aOqkWaDg4Y), the temperature at the end is above 200 degrees, not the ambient temperature. The resulting stress at the end point is over 300MPa, not the final stress.
