So many memories,I watched dad operate this wabco 777F elevating scraper,he tells up and says,ok,your turn, thought he was joking....at around 8 or 9,really it was quite easy....and I was hooked...the 922 Cat loader I'd been pushing his load's ....thru the washing plant....Then came the Overburden on many shopping site's,and I was ripping floors with the old D9C while dad was on the scraper..from 9 till 16,then got a job on loader at golden Grove,an old 950Cat...after a month there they bought me Furakawa FL360,brand new...they had no power, esp clay, and plastics....but quite good.....Brambles,the CEO,back in 1983,arranged for me to go to mooba ..Cooper Crossing, about 45 mins from broken Hill, and operate the D9,and two old Terex open bowl scraper's....Wondering if you knew any of the guys you worked with at Brambles, here in Adelaide.....Quarrie Industries ect...? Thanks again Brendan..Re:Jaimie.....

Yes they were, went with dad so many sat mornings, school holidays etc....and not to mention the sore Neck's he often got....He once told me ,You are never ever to operate these bloody things where they're are over 300 plus feet down..yet still encouraged me to start going down 250feet in scraper at 7 or 8.... Absolutely loved it..... Actually looking for a promo of the wabco 777F,Dad was asked to promo this wabco thingy in NSW Country.....never got to see it...He preferred the Caterpillars....622/3 d......Ty Moo1100,great memories...
