After Sir Wade's talk, I feel like I've seen a glimpse of all the unique cultures of the world, and at the same time makes me feel like I'm missing a lot of actual experience of these various and deeply rooted culture and belief systems. Thank you for this brilliant talk!

I am currently reading the book and listening on audible this amazing book. As I listen my heart hurts and aches for our human condition and the actions of people who are ignorant of the harm they do.....I find myself asking the Universe to help me to awaken, to understand with an open heart what is needed most and to apply it in my life. I want to be of service...so much ignorance has led to so much suffering...because we refuse to open ourhearts and minds to the experiences of others and learn their own inner knowing of the world. I am not a scholar or very enlightened so my words might sound empty, but my heart hurts and tears flow as I listen to this man share his experiences and knowledge...his clarity and understanding. I have read many of Wade Davis's books and marveled at his deep respect for all peoples living within their own cultural paradigms. I yearn , myself, to open my eyes and see the sacred everywhere. Namaste'

What a shining example of the Sacred Masculine! This heroic impulse to protect and defend life in all its diversity is inspiring and gives us hope. May this impulse be magnified and increased!!!

The education here is immense, it's like being a dry plant immersed into water. Anthropology with the advances in tech are awesome. Thank you for all you build.

Thank you Dr Wade Davis for the Fascinating and informative talk, and thank you to Google Talks and Sandeep Giri for sharing this. I have listened to many Google Talks and TED talks, and this is probably the best in terms of learning about indigenous cultures and about living in harmony with nature. Looking forward to reading the book The Wayfinders to learn more.

In what sense? I think he’s making a point of highlighting the genius of aspects of certain people’s and the wonderful diversity. I don’t think he’s trying to say that life isn’t hard for any people.
