To the company, he is replaceable STILL, no matter how hard you work that's how the company will view you, as nothing but a work horse. it's impressive and it's beautiful to watch a man work like this, but to get to this point, and to be at this point, is NOT AT ALL worth it.

@@maoduida387 you never know what that man has been through. Maybe this company was the only place to hire him. I worked with a convict once and he worked so hard because he always said he had to prove himself to the company since they already were kind of iffy with him. I remember we had a meeting with the entire staff about the guy and we all voted to give him a chance and man he rally shined for the company. He moved up faster than most and ended getting his own store to run. This was back in the early 2000s, I don’t know what he’s up to now. But idk, I always think people that work hard deserve to be compensated. But I agree with you, large companies never want you to grow in the company. They always want you to get comfortable.

What a work ethic. Important to know that after this video was finished, he went back to hustling this hard for the next 6-8 hours of his shift.

I just love how he takes such pride in what he does. You can see that in the presentation. To go up and down that food line making sure every food item isn’t burned while remembering what each person asked for, to present the food in a way that’s decent and not thrown together to leaving your food prep area clean, hats off to the brother. Hope his gift takes him far. When you care about what you do, it shows.

I am amazed at the cleanliness of his workspace. Signs point to a person who hates to be unorganized. Good work.

Mad respect for line cooks like these. I wouldn’t even be able to remember the orders that are called out to me, let alone prepare them this quickly.
