Mr. Jitulimma, Namaskar! My response after listening your message. You shared two kinds of sin. Sin of death(Romans 6:23) and sin of no death (1 John 5:17). Interestingly you accepted the sin of no death is Jeremiah 48:10 "Cursed is he who does the work of the LORD with slackness; and cursed is he who keeps back his sword from bloodshed. (RSV). According your version and interpretation the sin of slackness is sin of no death. You picked some examples. The examples are paralyzed man of 38 years in Bethesda (John 5:1-15), the sleeping of Abraham during sacrifice (Genesis 15:8-15) and Achan in (Joshua 7:1). You may give several others. In 1 John 5:14-17 and further 18-21; here in this scripture portion John the apostle is not writing that sin is sin of slackness (serving God in slackness). You have diverted yourself from the text (1 John 5:17) and diluted the word of truth plunging into Jeremiah 48:10. Please try to speak from the text what is John is telling about the sin unto death (All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death) and also read what Paul is telling about sin unto death (Romans 6:16) ---- Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? (KJV) Why are you jumping here and there? Try to speak from the text first and bring out the truth then move here and there because you are a national speaker. You are precious for churches. You do not preach which contrary and contradiction. Scripture do not have private interpretation (2 Peter 1:22-21). Hope you understand me.
