👍😁👍 Have a great time Mary, looking forward to your insightful informative and videos during the C2C thru hike. A big difference compared to the PCT and as you hike along during the journey you will notice the transition slowly happening from Summer to Autumn 😁 Takecare, have fun and a great time 👍😁 x

Sounds like fun. I'm ' hopeful ' that u w won't cut sections of other hikers out of the videos.. after all that is the reality of true Life the intermingling with other personalities the sharing the camaraderie .. I'm sure it's quite obvious to others but for me not so much so as to why all the bed and breakfast rather than in your tent is it because they have not developed campsites or there's no camping along the way or is it just a matter of preference and comfort rather than your tent good ole tiger wall and your usual gear that you won't have to carry along???? Sounds like fun !!! Nothing like waking up packing up and getting rolling !! ATB Mary and peace and keep on rocking the free world 🌎

In England it isn’t ‘legal’ to wild camp so there would be a lot of campsites which to be honest I don’t really like. Plus it was nice to have a bit of comfort for a change and not have to carry heavy gear for nearly 2 weeks!

Really looking forward to this one Mary. I get about hiking this when it's off peak time. I was up Higger Tor and walked High Neb and Stanage Pole. Trying to vlog there in Summer was madness especially around White Path Moss and Stanage Edge. It seemed like dozens of separate kids climbing activities. I try not to film other people but at times it was like being on the M6. Quieter up to High Neb but I certainly understand your logic. Plus there is something special about it just being yourself out there. I find the spots without people are the best. I'm not knocking fellow hikers as it is great that everyone is experiencing these places, but I do prefer the solitude or a hike with one friend. After that ramble, are you going alone, or is your partner going with you?

Looking forward to this Mary🌸 Most of the You Tube videos you see of this trail is about camping which I can’t do anymore. So your input will be very much appreciated🌸

What an adventure! Not sure where those towns are that you mentioned as the start and end points, but I get the general idea of a west-to-east, coast-to-coast walk, basically transecting the spine of the mountains and hills of northern England. It sounds rugged, but nothing you have not handled before. I also like the idea of being able to stay in hostels and inns along the way (something increasingly enticing to me as I get a bit older). OK, so if you have to walk in the rain, that might suck, but if there's a beer and a bed at the end of it, much nicer.
