@@denniston6455 Keep at it. Sometimes it's easier and sometimes it's harder. Just keep working at it. I believe you can do it. I wish you peace and strength.

Yes! Ive been doing neurofeedback since 2008 and i have a good sense of what works. Your channel is my number 1#. Thank you for you service ❤ For anyone reading this may be helpful.. ive been using these to condition my environment. Its hard to keep moving forward with negative influences in your space. These can keep you safe while sleeping and when you have get into unhealthy spaces until you can get out.

As a musician, I can't tell you how much of a relief it is that your videos have actually thoughtfully-composed music to them. So much of KZitem is clogged up with "atmospheric/ambient" music that was obviously just kinda slapped together and looped a million times, but your stuff is legitimately artful, and I love it! Oh and of course the isochronic tones actually seem to work, which is super cool and has been super helpful!

My favorite to wake up on a hurry is his dubstep mix. I’m not usually big in dubstep, but that track gets the job done of getting me pumped (or at least as pump as I can be) when I absolutely need to wake up in the morning.
