Oatmeal and raisin cookies recipe 🍪 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter 1 cup (200g) brown sugar 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar 2 eggs / 2 tbsp ground flax seeds (chia seeds work too) 1 tbsp (15ml) pure vanilla extract 1 tbsp dark molasses / agave (I used agave!) 1.5 cups (188g) plain flour 1 tsp baking soda 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 3 cups (255g) rolled oats 1 cup (140g) raisins cream the butter and sugar together until smooth, then add the eggs/flaxseed (combine with 1/4 cup (120ml) of soy milk before) and combine. add the vanilla, agave/molasses and mix in. then add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. after everything has combined, add in the oats and raisins and combine until the dough is thick and sticky. chill the dough in the fridge for 30-60 minutes (can chill for up to 2 days). create balls of approx. 2 tbsp-worth of dough and place on lined baking tray. bake at 350°F/180°C for 12-15 minutes. I baked mine for 12 minutes each time. enjoy! 🤍

KZitem has been a beautiful platform to connect with like-minded souls, and I'm so thankful for the sense of belonging it brings. Thank you for being a part of this journey! Your bravery in embracing vulnerability has motivated me to seek out meaningful connections with others. In the midst of a fast-paced world, I've discovered the beauty of slowing down, cherishing each moment and finding intention in my daily life. KZitem has been a source of genuine connection, where I've met incredible souls

Thank you for enjoying my videos🥹 Yes, I will do my best! Winter usually means freezing temperatures and bad air quality here in Korea, so I usually stay inside. But I'm hoping to go on many outdoor adventures from now on ☺️🤍

Such a lovely and peaceful video. Thank you for creating and sharing with us. Where do I start to I begin to learn yoga? Any recommendations please. In school, I would do a few poses in PE classes, but it has been so long ago. Love your content and video style.👍💛💛💛💜💜💜

Thank you always for watching 🤍 I started yoga with some videos on KZitem to see if I liked it! I used to watch Yoga by Candace but I hear Yoga with Adrienne is very popular. You could also try an online class as those tend to be cheaper and give you a bit more of a taste of the practice, but I personally prefer practising in a studio the most. The energy is usually very inspiring, and the community at the studios I’ve practised at is another wonderful benefit. If you have the time and money, I would recommend finding a local studio you like the look of and giving a few different classes a try. There are many styles of yoga, so it’s worth trying a few to see which you enjoy the most (or if you prefer a variety!). I practised Dharma yoga in London, simply because I loved the teacher, so I thought I’d enjoy vinyasa the most when I moved to Korea (dharma isn’t popular here), but I’ve fallen in love with hatha 🥹 many studios usually have introductory offers/taster classes so you could look out for those. I hope you find something you love, yoga is wonderful 🤍

Hello again.. Thank you, much appreciate your prompt response and insights. I will try and see if there are any local yoga studios , and whether the energy vibes with me. Not very optimistic though as I live in the suburbs, not many options to work with. If nothing pans out I think I will begin my foray to yoga , in the same way as you did, KZitem videos. At least it’s a start. Have a great week ahead.. Take care🙏🙏🙏💙💙💙💙

When you type Dal sol to see if there was an upload and it said 4 minutes ago lol, the cookies looked so good and dense, the way your dog stretched on you in shavasana and how one of them looked at you when your were doing your facial, the ending where they care for each other is sweet. To answer your previous question if I would have my own is definitely a yes, a cat and a dog!! I will pet sit Ava this week too, my sweetest, kind and humble girl. Thank you for sharing!!

You searched for me 🥹 thank you! The cookies are so yummy. I made them a little thicker than last time; the first were more crispy but these dense and chewy! Luna and Moose are the main characters - I wish I had their on screen energy hahaha. Ah a cat and a dog together, so cute! My family have two dogs and a cat, and they get on much better than we were expecting haha. I hope you have a lovely time with Ava again this week, I look forward to hearing about it next week 🥹🤍

Growing up we had all the animals at home in our little farm my dad still has horses our cats were wild cats that came from the forest. I took care of my sister's cat when they bought it from Kyrgyzstan to take to Turkey. She was so small and I got so attached to her, still attached. And Ava we just were instantly connected))@@dalsol달설
