I was a bit worried if I, who am not a morning person, could actually do this, but I set an alarm for 5 AM and gave it a try.
Thanks to going to bed early, I woke up feeling refreshed and ended up having a very rich morning. I noticed the chirping of birds, the clear sky, and many other things. And I realized that there's nothing happier than taking a nap on a day off.
