As a patient with Kallmann syndrome this video is of great interest. I have been involved as a patient in two clinical trials using Kisspeptin. Early diagnosis of Kallmann syndrome / CHH can be so important to patients so the use of the Kisspeptin challenge test to distinguish a case of Kallmann syndrome / CHH from standard delay of puberty could be very beneficial to patients. I did not respond to Kisspeptin injections, as would be expected in a Kallmann syndrome patient, even though I responded to GnRH injections.

So, my dr. Did not test to see if my primary amenorrhea (no puberty onset) was pituitary or hypothalamus driven. I have low thyroid and low cortisol levels very low FSH, LH, estradiol and progesterone, no GH. I do not menstruate or ovulate, hormone replacement therapy has caused the shedding of the lining of the uterus but no ovulation. I am not currently taking hormone placement therapy. I desire to conceive, I am open to trials of kisspeptin. I am wondering if you have any information that could help me.
