Walking Tips and Visualization (Level Ground, Uphill, Downhill). Quick tips and demonstration of normal walking technique in normal and slow motion. Comparison with some variations of incorrect walking technique such as leaning forward and walking with duck feet. Demonstration on level ground, walking uphill, and walking downhill. I will show some of the phases of gait when walking on level ground. I will not go into much detail on technique, which is provided in most of my other videos. This video is focused on the visual goal you should be looking to emulate.
