This video clip is definitely helpful for my upcoming solo travel to Seoul in mid Sep. I was a little anxious about train transfers earlier on. This video provides me a clear understanding how to go about switching from AREX to Line 1/4 at Seoul Station. I will be getting a Discover Seoul Pass which comes with one-way AREX train and the card acts as a T-money card as well. As to how to activate the card, I read somewhere on a tourist guide but I will seek clarification from the Tourist Centre in Incheon Airport. Thank you for making this video. Kamsahabnida!

Great vlog - wish I'd seen this in July when I went. T-Money card valid on the stopping train to Seoul and doesn't take much longer than the AREX (56 mins from T2 as opposed to 41). Much cheaper - total cost Incheon-Myeongdong via stopping train and Line 2 was around 4000 won. 👍

I am wondering if you ever in the future make a video of how transfer works from Line X to Line X and where, how to exit the station, that will be so useful. Is it similar to stations in other countries? I don't know. I know there are little differences in each country but the most important thing is the Kakao Metro app. Thank you so much, I wish from Incheon to X station would be easier but even going to hotels like far away or near to Jamsil is like at least 3 stations. Annyonghaseyo. I'm a new subcriber. Can I ask a questions? I'm planning to go to Korea next year. So, i'm planning to visit Busan and Gangneung but i dont know how plan this trip which should i go first and how to get there. I'm kinda lost here hahahah. Plan a trip is not easy plan i think. Maybe you guys can recommend me some itinerary for Korea trip. Sorry for my bad English. Have a nice day. Thank you in advance

Hello! Thank you for subscribing 😆 It seems like it doesn’t matter where you go first. :) but to go to Busan from Gangneung or vise versa, you have to transfer at Seoul Station. This is the easiest and fastest way. Take KTX: Busan Station > Seoul station > Gangneung Station or other way around. You can watch my other video about taking a KTX to busan😁 Hope this helps! kzitem.info/news/bejne/mY-c3WV-rGOAraQ

Have you heard of international travelers having problems using their credit cards at the AREX or KTX stations? I do not need a T-money card because I am going to a smaller town and staying somewhere that doesn't require transportation. I just need to get to Seoul station and then on the way back several days later to the airport

If your card can be used in Korea, then you will be fine. :) Also you do not need to purchase Tmoney. You can just buy a single ticket at the machine. :)

Is there somewhere (a locker service maybe) at Incheon where I could store a big suitcase for up to a week? I want to travel around Korea for a week after staying in Seoul for 3 months, but I don't want to bring my big bag for that.

There is a lugguage storage place, Hanjin, in both terimals. They do delivery and storage service at ICN. I can't find their price at the moment but I think it was 9,000 won for a day or something like that. :) www.airport.kr/ap/ko/svc/getFacilityMain.do?TERMINAL_ID=T2&CTGRY_ID=16

Hello, thank you for your videos. They are extremely helpful in planning my trip to Korea next month. I have a bus question. If I take a bus from outside Seoul to Inchon airport, where do they drop us off? Do they stop at the bus gates where we usually get on the bus to leave the airport or do they drop us off somewhere else when we arrive at the airport? This would be Terminal 2. Thank you.
@yourkoreafriend
2 жыл бұрын
Hello! If you take bus to Incheon Airport, then they will drop you off at the transit center of Terminal 1 and 2. See the bus stop table. If it says ICN T1 or ICN T2, then they will drop you off in front of the terminals :)

@@m.c.1986 it depends on which bus you take. But it will arrive in the same building but in different floors. Departure floor or arrival floor. :)
