😀 that kid loves the washing machine. He also loves the dryer! But you guys don’t have that in Spain. What a great way to capture Gael in his element. Thank you for sharing. I love you guys!

Hi, Blake! Our son, Stephen is autistic as well. His first love was... you guessed it, the washing machine! He has since graduated to elevators and roller coasters. I am so glad you are doing this! Thank you for your advocacy and for letting us into your lives. Content request: Stephen has a little sister who loves and looks up to him. Leah often struggles because Stephen often hurts her feelings (unintentionally) by how he responds to her. Does Gael’s sister struggle with similar things and what do you do to help little sister understand that big brother is different but not exempt from reasonable expectations?

STEVE!!! You saw the video! Wow! Thank you so much for your message and for your content request! I didn't even know your son had autism. It's such a small world. And so our children also share a love of the washing machine. Amazing. :O) Elevators and roller coaters are definitely on Gael's top 10 list. I will definitely be addressing the sibling relationship that Gael and Noa Jo have. On the one hand, it's amazing for both of them, they learn so much from each other. And on the other hand, difficult situations often arise and challenge us to come up with explanations fit for a 6 and 9-year-old. I would love to hear about how you guys deal with those difficult moments. How old are your children? If you don't mind them being on the internet, feel free to send me a picture (or several pictures) and even a video of them together so I can use it for my channel. My goal for this channel is to also show other autism families to enrich the perspectives. Also... How are YOU? It's been ages since we've seen each other. I'd love to connect one day... Sending much love to you and your family. XOXO, BLAKE

Thank you, Tori! Wow! You saw the video! I do so appreciate the comment. :O) These babies would go head over heels for your muffins and you know that's the truth. I hope you are well in BCN. Big hugs, BLAKE

Leah and Stephen get along most of the time. We are teaching Stephen how to pay compliments, acknowledg her kindnesses, and respond when she speaks to him. We’re teaching Leah to be... patient 😇
