This video walks you through our Double Stack Containerized M800SS Big Bag Dry Polymer System.
The double stack design consists of two 40' high cube shipping containers stacked on each other. This allows big or bulk bags of dry polymer to be used in high-consumption applications while protecting the dry polymer and the system from the elements.
The Double-Stack Containerized Dry Polymer System is excellent for applications that lack building space or cannot construct a new building. The system is modular and compact, making it easy to erect with a small footprint.

First, our standard containerized polymer units feature spray foam insulation, LED lighting, power distribution, and HVAC climate-control systems. The power distribution is a 480V single-point hookup with a 120V stepdown transformer.
This unit uses Allen Bradley (@RockwellautomationInc) PLC, HMI, and VFDs. Our standard polymer systems use Hand/Off/Auto switch controls.
Next, the video walks through our M800SS dry polymer system, our most widely used system. This specific unit is our M800SSBB (big bag), which features a big bag tower and support pan for dry polymer delivery from the big bag. The big bag support structure includes a vibrator and access door to release the big bag drawstring.
Our standard M800SS dry polymer systems include a dilution water booster pump and flowmeter that is tied to the screw feeder to maintain a programmed solution strength. The dilution water manifold distributes water for efficient hydraulic activation of the dry polymer. After the dry polymer is activated, it's hydraulically mixed in the first chamber and then mechanically mixed with hydrofoil in the second chamber before it overflows a weir into the third chamber, where it's pulled by the polymer pump. The third (draw-down) chamber features an ultrasonic sensor that controls the batching process. This unit includes a duty and standby progressive cavity dosing pump controlled by VFDs.
The top container features a center welded I-beam that extends beyond the access doors so the hoist can access the dry polymer big bags at ground level. By using the hoist, operators can place the big bags of polymer in position for use. The top container has space to store several big bags of polymer at a time.
