Day 1-2, full of enthusiasm. Day 3-5, period of aches and doubts. Day 6, just pushing through. And today, Day 7, pleasantly surprised at my new found strength and even scrolling to the next workout already😊. Trust the process..every movement no matter how small but if done consistently, will add on to your confidence and motivation

Just finished day 7. Proud of myself for pushing though and committing (I usually fall off around day 3). I feel stronger and am noticing my body already toning. Yay managed to do it a lot later in the day ✔ no need to put off to the next day when me time is doable. I’m off to Barcelona on Friday for the weekend, a birthday treat for my mum who’s 80 next month by my eldest daughter. 3 generations ! I’ve decided to do the workouts on my phone so I’m making sure I’ve downloaded the plan-and taking my mat 😊 Will check in from sunny Spain🇪🇸

Day 7 ftw! 1 week done :D today I feel a noticeable change in my hamstrings, they were by far the muscles protesting more during these workouts but today they seemed okay, also I lost a bit of fat because muscle definition is getting better (I’ve also been doing Pamela Reif’s 1000 steps workout along with your program everyday and I think that Pilates+ a bit of not too hard cardio is just the perfect balance for results without dying in the process lol )

Wooohoooo! 1st week done and I am feeling great, for sticking to it and feeling good after each day’s routine. Quick question - can I continue the challenge through my monthly period cycle or should I be halting in between?! Just wanted to know since the exercises are kinda antigravity and work in the mid section. Thanks!

Hey Rachel! I'm loving the exercises each day, but I'm struggling with upper back discomfort from bridging up on shoulder blades. I've had to get my back adjusted at the chiropractor a couple of times now. Not sure if my spine will just get used to it or if I'm doing something wrong. Thoughts?

everyone is different in how comfortable this is. I would try keeping your feet on the ground for the bridging exercises. you'll still get the benefit of the exercise without it being painful! if you want a no-wall challenge, I have this one: kzitem.info/door/PL6F8elYp4eOFCIMT4EzJbWX8llDIRqtyq

I tried your wall Pilates and all I do is push my body away from the wall am I supposed to weigh myself down with heavy weights or how do you not push your body away from the wall when using your legs pushing the wall. I used a yoga mat thinking it would hold me in place but I was wrong basically following what you did

For most people I think they are bridging up too high, don't have the glute strength to stay lifted, they then press more into the wall to try to stay lifted but it only pushes them further from the wall. You may want to try doing bridging on the ground during the wall bridging exercises so it's more comfortable! It will strengthen the glutes to help you feel more comfortable in a wall bridge
