Here's the weird thing, I know from experience. Organic stuff is less expensive to produce, as in no expensive chemicals, takes a little more knowledge, and a little longer growing cycle to produce anything that grows to come to fruition, to produce tastier, healthier, more abundant crops. So more money per crop, less to produce, healthier, yet costs way more in the stores? Figure that one out.

We use to shop at Walmart regularly. Changed to Kroger when Walmart put in mostly self checkout in Colorado. We shop for two weeks at a time so going through self checkout would be stupid. What would happen is we were literally waiting in line for 30 minutes because they would only have one checker and didn't bother to bring out more. Just ticked tons of people off. If they take out the self checkout we may try them again.

They say it is geared toward those with good allergies or want yo avoid certain foods (meat, wheat, etc). I love this idea! With adult-onset food allergies and being unable to eat most foods these days, I love the idea of having different healthier and gluten free goods that might be options for me to avoid anaphylaxis. I'm sticking with single item ingredients like onion, garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, LOL I mean there's so much shoved into the ingredients nowadays of overly processed foods that we not only do not know what they are we can't even pronounce them let alone spell them. I don't trust any of these food conglomerates nor the FDA lol. This year I expanded my garden and I know that a lot of people cannot do that they don't have Gardens but I used to live in an apartment and I would just plant stuff on the the balcony. And I'm doing carnivore diet / keto with single item ingredients like I said onions or tomatoes etc etc the reason I'm doing it is because it's a health reason for my intestines and it's working beautifully praise God so I am staying away from these overly processed items and my grocery bill has not only gone down but is making me feel better and it's hard because I was addicted to sugar and overly process items so it's a slow turn to what is truly healthy

That's just stupid, stupid, stupid when they have no room for everyday items like pork 'n beans or cauliflower or any cheese but cheddar and they don't have half the sales circular items. I gave up on them when c-19 hit and am still driving 4 towns away to shop at Walmart. Bet WM is going to raise prices and there is nowhere to shop other than WM and HEB in the whole county.
