Mike, Your work is amazing.... How did you figure out the sizes to make your segments? Is it trial and error or real good math??? And your table saw jig... Is that custom made? Thanks

Thanks, David! I size the segments by drawing out the form on paper to scale. I really like a method Steve Lindsley describes in this video --> kzitem.info/news/bejne/x42fx2muiGN5h3o The sled is a wedgie sled, built from plans found here --> www.segeasy.com/ Using this sled with the wedge templates from segeasy makes cutting the segments super easy and with perfect angles. Lots of folks just cut them on a miter saw as well and have good results, sometimes needing a little clean up or glueing them up in stages.

I find they sit a bit better on shelf/table if the bottom is recessed a bit
