We try to stay out of the way...otherwise that's rude. We are passholders but Disneyland IS our vacation. We don't get a two week long vacation like many others do. This is how it is for most passholders I know. They work hard to pay the bills and know their work doesn't tolerate time off like that. So we get to go on weekends and it sort of makes up for not getting that sweet vacation time that others do. But because of that we also don't waste our time. If lines are too long we aren't dealing with that either. It's Genie Plus or we grab a bite and leave. Life's too short!

1. It's the cali laid back lifestyle 2. Is really an extension of #1, most of DLands guest population annually are people local to the area, from california, or a state or two away. Not saying they don't have guests from far away, they do. Again it's just the majority. So to them for example, seeing mickey is just like, "cool there's mickey," this is why you see a lot of characters roaming areas. Everything is just almost like "been there, seen that," and not in a bad or bratty way. This is also why it seems like DLand "gets more stuff" than wdw. If they don't switch things up here and there often guest attendance drops.

WDW is mostly tourist filled, and has people who will only go once in a lifetime, and only have a couple days to do 5 parks, while people at DL are either locals, live in the state, or are taking a few DAYS to go through both cali parks.

Waltz Disney fans give the vibe of kids running to the lunch line back in school.

The reason nobody runs at Disneyland is because we know the wait is gonna be at least an hour anyways 😂

You don’t even need to rope drop, everything is a walk on. But rope dropping just makes it all that much more exciting- and you still get a large crowd doing it

The park is open for more hours, so the fans don’t feel as urgent. That’s my best guess

Fr I’m a hard core rope dropped with my mom a d when we went to Disney land it was crazy how nobody was doing the same thing. Yet in Disney world the lines are backed up almost to the castle of crouds. I always get there over an a hour early and usually be the first at the rope to seven dwarfs mine train most of the time I’ll be on the first or second cart of the day!!

I honestly think it’s because of the experience. Probably 1-2 years ago during the summer I went to Disneyland with the rest of my family of 5. The feeling of going to the most happiest place on earth made me smile for hours. We spent 3 days on each side of the park which is Disneyland and California Adventure. I had so much fun and it will become a core memory.
